  • What is your definition of happiness in one word?

The search for happiness is a universal human endeavor. It depends on one’s current life circumstances—the answer is deeply personal and often reflects aspects you might not even consider.
Happiness is a balance between positive and negative thoughts, between an inward and outward mindset. Yet these states are temporary. Only through continuous internal growth can we sustain that balance and maintain harmony in life.

I am making space for the unknown future to fill up my life with yet-to-come surprises

When I finally saw the north face of Mount Kailash, I couldn't help but burst into tears.

If you are lost in your life, you are absolutely free isn't it?

  • Be YOU

The passage reflects a journey of transformation from seeking happiness in external appearances and others’ opinions to discovering it within oneself. Through experiences of struggle, imperfection, and freedom, the narrator realizes that true happiness is not found in beauty or validation but in authenticity, resilience, and inner growth.

Transformation is portrayed not as becoming someone new, but as uncovering one’s true self—imperfect yet radiant—and embracing the freedom of living honestly, without fear or disguise.

    8 Months in Tibet

During pandemic lockdown in China, I went to Tibet and eventually stayed there for almost 8 months. Right after coming back from India, I wanted to explore the other side of the mountain, also would like to leave my footprints in Mount Kailash.

"Do you believe in time travel?" - Yes, I do.

In Einstein’s relativity and the Standard Model, we only have three spatial dimensions, but there could be more.

One girl, one backpack, one journey

“At least what happened withinyou must be determined by you, what happens around you it will never be 100% determined by you. If the whole world happens the way you want then where do I go?” – Sadhguru..

It all starts with the book "Eat, Pray, Love" by Elizabeth Gilbert, I got inspired by her story and would love to go on a similar journey, so I did back in 2016.
